The products offered by Cibola Designs are digital content, supplied without physical media and with immediate access upon purchase confirmation.

Generally, returns and refunds of digital products are not accepted once the purchase is complete.

Customers residing in the European Union

In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations, consumers residing in the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right will not apply when the delivery of the digital content has begun with the consumer's express consent and prior acknowledgment that, once delivery has begun, they lose their right of withdrawal.

By placing an order on this website, the customer expressly consents to Cibola Designs providing them with immediate access to the purchased digital content and acknowledges that, upon initiating the download, they waive their right of withdrawal.

Customers residing outside the European Union

For customers residing outside the European Union, purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law in your country.
